It generally only takes a day to train an operator, especially if they have had exposure to Microsoft Windows applications.

The amount of training required for a System Administrator will depend upon the level of knowledge they require from the system and should be agreed prior to installation.

As part of the annual maintenance and support agreement, some additional instruction may be given by telephone, email or remote access.
