The Contract

When a boat is booked into a berth a contract is created in ClearWaterMMS. The contract specifies a start and end date, mooring number and price.

Renewals At the end of a contract period renewals are handled easily, with the facility to create and print bulk contracts or to handle them one at a time. Visitor Berthing Visitors to the marina can be handled easily in the full system. With the add-on Visitor Berthing and EPOS module, minimum input is required to make it a very quick process.

Printing Contracts can be printed either one at a time or in bulk following a bulk contract creation. Templates The contract template can be set up based on your current document design including any logos you may have.
