There is plenty of space under the tabs within the customer record to store information such as addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, vehicle details and general notes. Extra fields can be added easily.

Mail Merge

The database can be easily manipulated to produce mail merged documents within Microsoft Word such as address labels and letters. Information can be extracted from any of the fields within ClearWaterMMS, eg to write to all customers with boats over a certain length, or all customers with a dinghy, or customers moored in a certain area of the marina, etc.
